How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once our system processes your order, our fulfillment team carefully inspects each product to ensure it meets our quality standards. After passing a final round of quality checks, your products are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will then bring your order to you as soon as possible. In case they are unable to reach your address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you directly to coordinate.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply to certain products or services and will be clearly communicated at the time of order checkout.
We currently ship orders throughout India only.

Shipping Coverage

• Within India, KUWIFR delivers to most pin codes across India through our reliable logistics partners.

• Outside India: Currently, KUWIFR does not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our reach soon.

Why Can’t My Area Be Serviced?

Although we aim to reach customers across India, there may be times when we are unable to deliver to certain locations due to:

• Service limitations from our courier partners.

• Legal or regulatory restrictions on certain products.

• Limited access to remote or restricted areas.

We continuously work to expand our delivery network to make KUWIFR products available in more regions.

Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your order within the following timeframes (excluding Sundays and public holidays):

• Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Other Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days, depending on accessibility.

Delivery timelines may vary based on external factors such as weather, courier delays, or logistical constraints.

Changing Delivery Address

Before Dispatch:
If you wish to change your delivery address and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer care team at kuwifrservices@gmail.com as soon as possible. For security reasons, we may verify your details before making changes.

After Dispatch:
If your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address. If delivery fails, your package will be returned to our warehouse, and we will reach out to you for re-dispatch or refund processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and the courier company details. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or our tracking page once it has been dispatched (typically within 24 hours of shipping).

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if items are sourced from different warehouse locations. Don’t worry — you will only be charged one shipping fee (if applicable) for the entire order.

Unable to Receive Your Order?

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately at kuwifrservices@gmail.com to hold or modify delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to delay or hold the shipment.

Hidden Charges

There are no hidden fees or extra taxes. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Any shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your order.
