Refund & Return Policy

At KUWIFR, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every purchase gives you complete satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to make your return and refund process smooth and transparent.

General Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you can inform us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

Please email us at kuwifrservices@gmail.com  to initiate the return process. Our support team will guide you through the steps and coordinate pickup or return details.

Conditions for Return/Refund Eligibility

Your product will be eligible for return or refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The product does not match the characteristics or features as advertised or agreed upon.

  • The product is unused and in its original condition, including packaging, labels, invoice, and box.

  • The serial number or barcode is intact and not tampered with.

  • The product was delivered after the promised delivery schedule.

Please note:

  • Products damaged, used, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • The original packaging (including box, invoice, and price tags) must be returned with the product.

  • If the product is found ineligible after inspection, it will be sent back to you.

How to Report Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kuwifrservices@gmail.com with relevant pictures and your order details.
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected, and we will issue a replacement or refund as per your request.

Replacements are subject to availability of the product.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval through the following methods:

  • For Credit/Debit Card or Online Payments: The amount will be refunded to the same bank account.

  • For Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via NEFT transfer to the bank details provided by you.

Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for eligible products instead of a refund. Exchanges depend on product availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Category-Specific Return Policy

  • Ayurvedic & Nutrition Products:
    Products must be sealed and unopened. Once opened, used, or tampered with, they are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
    (Taste preference, stomach upset, or dislike of flavor are not valid reasons for return.)

  • Merchandise & Accessories:
    Returns are accepted only for size issues or if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Services or Consultations (if applicable):
    Non-refundable once availed.

Return Shipping & Pickup

You can contact our customer care team to arrange for a pickup.
Wherever possible, we will facilitate pickup through our courier partners.
If pickup cannot be arranged, you may return the item via a third-party courier, and we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100 once the returned product is received and verified.

Processing Fee

In certain cases — such as change of flavor, product, or variant — a nominal processing fee may be applicable. This will be communicated at the time of your request.
For incorrect or damaged product shipments from our side, no fee will be charged.

Returns & Refunds Not Applicable

  • Orders delivered outside India (currently KUWIFR ships only within India).

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Returns initiated after 14 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Before Dispatch: If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 14 working days.

  • After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If the product is refused upon delivery, it will be treated as a return under the conditions stated above.

Replacement & Refund Timelines

  • Refunds: Within 14 working days from the date of approval.

  • Replacements: Delivered within 14 working days from approval, subject to stock availability.
